1 Eligibility

Go to aahar.jharkhand.gov.in or the JharSewa portal.

Fill the "New Ration Card" application form.

Enter family member details and upload documents.

Submit at your nearest Pragya Kendra or Circle Office.

Usually issued within 30 days after verification.

Check status on aahar.jharkhand.gov.in using your Application ID.

Download the digital ration card from the portal after approval.

Use the relevant service on the portal to add/remove members or correct address.

No fixed expiry, though periodic e-KYC verification may be required.
